China Boton Group was founded in 1991 in Shenzhen and was formerly known as Shenzhen Boton Flavors and Fragrances Co., Ltd. The Group was listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005 (Stock Code: 3318.HK). It is the first Chinese company in the flavor and fragrance industry that is listed in HKEX. After years of development, Boton has developed  four core business sectors, flavor and fragrance industry, E-cigarette industry, health industry as well as brand operation and management.


Currently, Boton has more than 20 subsidiaries, including Shenzhen Boton Flavors and Fragrances Co., Ltd., Dongguan Boton Flavors and Fragrances Co., Ltd., Boton (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Boton Indonesia Flavors and Fragrances Co., Ltd., China Flavors and Fragrances (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Boton(Hubei ) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Yunnan Boton Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Huizhou Kimree Technology Co., Ltd., Kimree (South Korea) Co., Ltd., Kimsun Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Huashang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Boton Property Management Co., Ltd., etc.


Boton has several national high-tech enterprises, CNAS laboratories, provincial technical centers and also a post-doctoral innovation practice base. Boton has united many prestigious universities in China (CAS, CAU, SCUT, JNU, HZAU, SIT, etc.) to form a research and development platform, and also set up a PhD teaching station in flavor chemistry. Senior technicians account for 65% of the total employees. Meanwhile, the Group also becomes one of the industry standard makers. Some of these research topics have also won various technical awards (such as Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award) and thousands of international PCT and domestic patents.


We have built scientific and environmental-friendly eco-industrial parks in 13 areas in China (including Shenzhen, Dongguan and Maoming in Guangdong Province, Xiantao in Hubei Province, Fuzhou in Jiangxi Province, Nyingchi in Tibet Autonomous Region, and Yunnan Province) and Indonesia. The business layout covers Guangdong, Jiangxi, Hubei, Fujian, Henan, Anhui, Guizhou, Tibet and other major provinces across the country, and also has expanded to Southeast Asia, South Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe, North America and other countries.


In the future, China Boton Group will adhere to improving its product quality and core competitive ability with high management standards. While continuing to deepen the two major advantages of R&D innovation and brand-building, Boton will also adhere to diversified and sustainable development, and strive to become an international company with innovation, scientific management, outstanding performance and orderly administration.
